Build the core platform that hockey players rely on every day. You'll own features end-to-end: from database schema to API to frontend.

Requirements

  • 3+ years with Node.js and React or Vue
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Comfortable with real-time systems (WebSockets, video streaming)
  • Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and shipping fast

Nice to have

  • Experience with Stripe integrations
  • Background in sports tech or ed-tech
  • Familiarity with video processing pipelines

Edit professional highlight reels that help hockey players get noticed by scouts, coaches, and programs. You'll turn raw game footage into polished, shareable tapes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Strong eye for pacing, transitions, and storytelling in sports content
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with fast turnaround (5-7 day delivery)
  • Understanding of what scouts and coaches look for in highlight tapes

Nice to have

  • Experience editing hockey or sports footage specifically
  • Motion graphics and title card design skills
  • Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing

Run 1-on-1 video analysis sessions with players at all levels. Break down game film frame-by-frame, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable coaching.

Requirements

  • Professional or semi-pro playing or coaching background (OHL, AHL, KHL, NCAA, USports, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coach players aged 10+
  • Comfortable with video conferencing and screen sharing tools
  • Available for at least 10 sessions per month

Nice to have

  • Experience with specific specialties: power skating, shooting, goaltending, defensive play, or hockey IQ
  • Background in coaching development programs
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus

Own the full acquisition and retention funnel. You'll drive signups, reduce churn, and build the EliteSportIQ brand across Canada's hockey community.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand gen
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid social (Meta, Google), and email marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and A/B testing
  • Strong copywriting skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in sports, fitness, or DTC brands
  • Connections in the Canadian hockey community
  • Experience with referral and ambassador programs
